Calling Evil what it is: Evil
David Brooks, a NY Times columnist of some renown, is interviewed on Meet the Press. In the brief exchange below, notice how clearly he speaks of evil.
The "other guy" who is on that show a lot too, irks me...He SO epitomizes the problem of which David spoke! Watering down and blurring the truth of morality and the consequences of not having a firm "script" or knowledge of evil in it's true form. Blatant sin has become too normal and seems obscure.
